Hello all - I recently moved back to ATX after six years in ABQ. I have a nice yoga area at home that I hope to use in conjunction with bsy.tv.
I work as a mortgage broker, and my non-yoga interests are dog sports with my three rescue dogs, mountain biking, SUP, and trail running. I am also a lover of genre films and a constant reader.
I had a solid practice several years ago, but have since struggled to be consistent. Every time something hurts, getting back to yoga helps.
I’d love for my other “practice at home” peeps to share their motivation tips for getting on the mat.
